  • Enter the Order ID assigned to you in the product invoice/bill.

  • Then, a dashboard displaying your order details will be shown. Here, you will find a “Request return” link under the status of your shipment.

  • After clicking on the Request return, a new page will appear. Then, select the reason for returning your order. Fill up the optional stuff if you want. Click Next.

  • Now, tick the product or products carefully you wish to return.

  • After clicking Next, choose the suitable refund mode. If you want a refund with the same payment method you used while purchasing, click on “Get refund in source account“. Otherwise, choose the second option to add a new bank account for a refund. Click Next.

  • Now, review your return order and finally click done to place a return request.

  • Your return request has been placed. Click on “Go back to tracking page

  • Now, you will see the status of your return request below the status of your order.

  • Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 48 working hours. After the Refund is processed it may take 5-7 Business Days to reflect in your Bank Account.
